Overview

Since its inception, the Twin Cities Black Employee Network (TC-BEN) has been a premier regional platform for facilitating community among Black professionals in Minnesota.

Our mission is to foster sustainable connections between Black professionals to strengthen the well-being and retention of talent in the Twin Cities.

Our vision is to cultivate a profound sense of belonging beyond the workplace and provide a platform for thriving within a harmonious and balanced work-life environment.

TC-BEN was founded over 15 years ago, driven by the critical recognition of the importance of fostering connections, networking, and professional development opportunities for Black professionals who play a vital role in our community's success.
